We are most certainly not closing our business. Just opening our minds. To new experiences, sources of inspiration, materials and possibilities.
Our three month sabbatical will end on October 3 when our atelier and eBoutique will re-open as normal.
All Wright & Teague jewellery is designed by Gary Wright and Sheila Teague, hand made in England, in our on-site workshop and hallmarked by the London Assay Office to authenticate the purity of the precious metals.
Each piece of jewellery we design is intended to speak directly to the wearer, to become a part of their life and to have an emotive resonance.
At Wright & Teague we offer a premier level of service. Whether in person, by telephone or online, knowledgeable salespeople ensure that your choice, whether a fun gift, a one off piece or a glamourous gem set ring will reflect your personality and mark any occasion.
This couture service reflects the aesthetic integrity and sensibility of Gary and Sheila.
We can ship anything to you beautifully wrapped in hand-made papers which we source from around the world, often collecting them on our travels, finished with a silken bow. We take a lot of care and pride in making sure any piece you give is immaculately presented.
We will be checking our emails during our sabbatical, but just not on a daily basis.

All Wright & Teague diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the Kimberley Process. Our diamonds are a minimum of VVS1-2 clarity and F or higher in colour. We use an independent, internationally recognized non-profit trade body, GIA to certify our diamonds. Our beautiful Delphi ring setting complements a wide variety of stone shapes.

Delphi rings are stunning with diamonds and coloured gemstones; aquamarines, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, tanzanites, take your pick! We work with reputable stone dealers who ensure the the quality and provenance of each stone.
All jewellery should be treated with care. To maintain the beauty of our jewellery we advise you to remove it when bathing, exercising or sleeping, jewellery is not indestructible. Store in acid free tissue paper and clean regularly with Goddard's jewellery cleaner. Beads should never be immersed in jewellery cleaner. Wear with pleasure!
In the unlikely event that your jewellery needs repairing whilst we are away, we recommend House of Hatton. Contact them on 020 7831 0088 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All work is carried out on their premises at 63 Hatton Garden London EC1N 8LE. Or you may have a reputable local jeweller.
We only make our silver rings in the sizes shown - we don’t alter rings in silver to size. All sizes quoted are standard UK/USA ones. Our rings in 18 carat Fairtrade yellow or rose gold and platinum can be ordered in most sizes.
Special orders require 8 weeks to complete and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you require a length of chain that is not specified as an option, just call us on +44(0)20 7033 0775 or email us to discuss.
We are very happy to answer any questions, give advice and hopefully inspiration or simply take any order and payment over the phone or via email. To buy directly from our site, you do need to register your details or log in as a returning customer.
Your details are stored securely on our server and remain confidential - we never share any data with any third party.
Once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing addresses verified, we will endeavour to dispatch orders within five working days. UK orders are shipped by the Royal Mail insured special delivery service which will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping in the UK is charged at a standard £5·00.
If you are ordering from or shipping overseas, please note that Wright & Teague have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches its destination and for which you will be liable.
We ship European orders using the Royal Mail Airsure insured service. A signature will be required upon delivery. Your order will arrive within approximately 10 days. Cost £10
Our insured international courier service for USA & Worldwide customers offers a 2 - 5 day delivery time, pending customs clearance. A signature will be required upon delivery. Cost £39
All prices on the Wright & Teague eBoutique are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but exclusive of delivery costs.
Please note Wright & Teague eBoutique has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. You must pay by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices due to market forces. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.
Where you've requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT. Where you're not a UK resident and you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.
